		<description>I have to agree with what your friend Mik said - do you really want to live in Dubbo that long? There is also the possibility that there may not be enough business in Dubbo and surrounds to support a web design studio and that could be why there isn't anyone doing it now.

The good thing is that you are still young enough to explore many other options. As an example - my friend owns a very successful electrical contracting business that he started a few years back, However, he slugged it out working for someone else and planned for about 5 years before taking the big plunge.

It would benefit you to go in this direction to get some hands on experience in learning how a business works without risking your own capital or reputation.
