    When you look at those images and think about the worlds that have been created underground everywhere, you can almost imagine that H.G. Wells saw well into the future when he wrote about the Morlocks inhabiting the underground world far in the future in The Time Machine.

    Could all this subterranean construction just be the start of our own future once we can’t exist on the surface of the planet?
