Today I decided I wanted to do some writing and came up with the following choices of subjects:
- My new Moleskin reporters notepad I am very proud of
- My wonderful girlfriend and her amazing ability to balance work/life
- A news article I read on SMH about a student being tasered by Police
- The new iPhone announcement that the UK will see theirs in November (and my hopes Australia will see theirs soon too)
Instead I got a little surprise this morning that I would like to share with everyone. At 6:00am (I always set the most intrusive alarm times) my phone reminded me of a day, possibly my favorite of the year. It’s Talk Like A Pirate Day!
That’s right kids, it’s that one day of the year when I get to annoy Claire to no end, talking like a pirate. So shiver yer timbers, get ye some booty or walk the plank, because today is the day to end all pirate days!
So, I forgot your birthday AND TLAPD - I’m having a wonderful September. Arrrggg!!
